This policy explains what we collect when you visit walters-cold-back-yard.pages.dev or buy an ebook, and why. We keep it to the minimum.

Who is responsible

Walter's Cold Back Yard (trading name of a UK sole trader), trading as Walter's Cold Back Yard, United Kingdom. Contact: support@georgenakamura.com.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, billing country/postcode and payment details. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
• To deliver your books: your email address, used to send your download links and receipt.
• Cookies: two small cookies remember when you first visited, so the welcome deal works fairly. No advertising or tracking cookies.
• Server logs: our host (Cloudflare) keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.

Who we share it with

• Stripe (payments, fraud checks, tax)
• Cloudflare (hosting and file delivery)
• Our email provider (sending your download email)

We never sell your data and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (usually 6 years). You can ask us to delete anything else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email support@georgenakamura.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
