These terms explain how buying and using our ebooks works. If anything is unclear, just email us.

Who we are

walters-cold-back-yard.pages.dev is run by Walter's Cold Back Yard (trading name of a UK sole trader), trading as Walter's Cold Back Yard, based in United Kingdom. "Walter's Cold Back Yard" is our trading and brand name. Contact: support@georgenakamura.com.

What we sell

Downloadable digital ebooks (PDF files): The Cold Back Yard and its companion. Nothing physical is shipped.

Prices and the welcome deal

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies.

The welcome deal is available for the first 15 minutes after your first visit. We remember when you first visited with a small cookie. After that the page shows the regular price, which is really charged. If you use a different browser or clear your cookies the timer may start again; we don't track you any other way.

Every purchase is a one-time payment. No subscriptions.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Delivery

Your ebooks are delivered instantly on the download page after payment and by email. Download links refresh every time you open the download page.

Your licence

You get a personal licence to read and print the ebooks for yourself and your household. Please don't resell or share the files publicly.

Refunds

See our refund policy: a 30-day money-back promise. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content you can download straight away, that right ends once the download starts, and only if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged this at checkout (the tick-box above the buy button). Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (digital content must be as described and fit for purpose) are not affected.

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.
